The History
I started as a dishwasher at 15. In that kitchen I learned the idea that shaped my whole career: you are only as good as your last interaction. Get it wrong once, and the customer does not come back.
I spent decades in food and hospitality, running operations across eight states. I learned how to read people, how to solve problems on the spot, and how to take care of someone so well they stay. When I moved into insurance, I found an industry that quotes and closes but rarely teaches. So I built an agency that does the opposite.
